Alameda County Watershed Forum
Forum Events & Programs

The Forum emphasizes providing assistance to watershed groups within the County as a strategy for fostering localized watershed restoration and education. Watershed groups face increasing challenges with funding, sustainability, and implementing successful projects. The Forum, through trainings and direct assistance, provides watershed groups with the resources and support they need to effectively reach their individual watershed goals.

Trainings – Trainings offered by the Forum provide technical information and networking opportunities to the Alameda County watershed community. Training topics may include fundraising, native plant propagation, marketing and communications, monitoring and evaluation, basic accounting, etc. Trainings are typically offered in December and June each year. Click here to suggest a future training topic.
